The Avengers directly stands up. And Bruce Banner is the most shocked person there.
"What? What, Nick? What?!" he totally mad to Nick Fury.
"Attacked, Banner. Attacked!" Nick Fury assert
"Where? When? How?" ask Harley curiously.
"When they are talking in the beach. I saw them. But, I think. They need more private time to talk to each other. So, I just leave them. But, suddenly I heard a metal voices sticking. and that's when I went down and see what is that and what is happening. I see Tony was fell to the sand and Pepper was near him. I approached and ask if is he okay or not. I take him to Hellicarrier" explains Nick
"HELLICARRIER?! REALLY? ARE YOU NUTS?!!! why don't you take him to the public hospital near this place. and why no one of you asking about Pepper's condition?" ask Clint captious
"pepper is fine. she is perfectly fine. She doesn't hurt at all" said Nick Fury. "why I take him to Hellicarrier they is because, no one will deserve to knows this accident"
"Why not, Nick?" ask Banner
"Hey, you know what, Bruce? he is a controversial man. you want his story been telling in a cover of a newspaper?! and it is write like "A Hero That Can't Save Himself"?!! you want it for your best friend? i try to cover him" said Nick upsets to Bruce, "I'm sorry I don't mean to invites Hulk here"

"how about his panic attacks?" ask Harley

"How? he was like a thief there. He came to my garage and sits on my table and do something with his hand. Then, I said 'You! FREEZE!' that was really stupid because I don't mind that he is the great Tony Stark, huh. He puts his hands up to his head and said 'Alright. Alright. you got me' he keeps comments about my potato gun that he thinks the neck was too long so it can slows the speed of shoot.  I don't care about it. So I ask about his arc in his chest and he shows me the Mark  42 and I takes him arround Tennessee." Harley tells

"No. haha, it just unofficially meets the big boss of S.H.I.E.L.D isn't it?" ask Harley
"psstt.. Harley, he is the big boss" Captain Rogers whispers slowly and pointed to Nick Fury.
"WHAT?!" Harley shouts "OMG I tough it was Tony. Sorry, sir" said Harley to Nick and shakes hand.
"HE IS SO CHILDISH!" Clint laughing out loud

Harley sits between the Avengers after Pepper go downstairs. It seems like Nick Fury is going with Pepper. So, it is a right time for talking with Avengers about Tony and what Tony thinks about Nick Fury.

"Uhm. I wanna ask something Captain" Harley raises his hand to Steve Rogers.
"OK. What is that?" ask Captain.
"But I need you to come closer to me" said Harley
"Hmm.. alright if that is what you want." Capt come closer to Harley
"These questions are for you all, the Avengers" said Harley
"What is that? What's that?" ask Clint.
"Did you all think that Tony upsets with Directur Fury?" ask Harley

They keep staring at each other.

"hmm.. Stark ever talks to me about this" said Dr.Banner
"What is that?" ask Capt
"You really don't know about that Rogers? We talk together in front of Loki's stick in the SHIELD Lab. Remember that?"
"OH YES! Yeah, kid. he really hates Fury" answers Captain
"What is the reason?" said Harley
"Hm. it is because Fury is TOO LATE TO CALL US!" Captain shouts at them

"Why do you all agree about it?" Ask Harley
"Hmm.. kiddo', listen to me" said Dr. Banner "Look at this world."
"I can't look at it. Because I'm in it" said Harley
"You know huh? That chitauri is ready to blown up this earth? Why Fury call us when SHIELD already know about this. Why don't they call us when Loki is still preparing this attack?" Said Dr. Banner
"President Ellis is now attacking by a guy name Mandarin" said Natasha
"Yeah. That's one of the cause why we are supporting what Tony said" said Captain Rogers
"And now, the Extremis is in my hometown" said Harley
"You one of them?" Ask Thor
"No. I just a best friend from one of them"
"Who?"
"Stephanie Szostak"
"Oh my God" Natasha shocked "She is the girl who attacked Tony in a cafeteria in Tennessee. Why she doesn't recognizing you as his friend?"
"I don't know maybe she didn't see me in the attacked?"

Suddenly, Nick Fury runs to them

"Tony and Pepper are just attacked by a chitauri"

They just arrive there. Harley sees a lot of people there. And he doesn't know who's The Avengers.

Tony is going to upstairs. Harley is with him.

"Who are they?" Ask Harley
"They? They're Pepper's friends. My friends are in the upstairs. Come on"

Tony runs to a very very big hall. And there is Captain Rogers, Thor, Hawkeye, Bruce Banner, Natasha Romanoff, and 5 other S.H.I.E.L.D. agents with Nick Fury

"Hey guys! Look who's here!" Tony shouts to his friends.
"Is that the kid that you just told us?" Ask Thor
"Yeah, is that him?" Captain Rogers stands up

Tony nods.

"Hey! Come here kid!" Said Hawkeye. Harley sits between them. "Tell us about Tony. What do you think about him?" He is whispering. Doesn't want Tony hears that.
"Umm.. right. He looks like a great dad for me" Harley answer that.
"Really? Tony be a great father to you? You gonna eat science kid" said Nick Fury.
"It is okay director. I love science a lot" said Harley
"They are match" Captain comments

Harley looks that Tony go downstairs.

"Does he always leaves home at night?" Ask Harley
"No. Maybe you should ask her" Natasha points at Pepper who just go upstairs.
"Err... i don't know how to.."
"Just talk. And ask what you want to ask" said Bruce Banner
"Alright." Harley walks closer to Pepper

Pepper is looks like looking for something in Tony's desk.

"Night mm... Ms.Potts" said Harley
"Ya, night too" Pepper turns back "are you... Harley Keener?"
"Yes."
"Hey, Tony always talks about you" they sit on a desk
"Hehe. Oh ya, I wanna ask you something"
"Yep. What's that boy?" Pepper smiles and strokes his head.
"Does Tony always out at night?"
"Hm, yeah. He needs a time to be alone"
"He always does this?"
"Yep. And he has his own troubles. But he doesn't want anyone to help. Except me"
"Problems? What kind of problems?"
"Much of all is about S.H.I.E.L.D."
"Does S.H.I.E.L.D. do anything to him?"

"No. Just, first.. he thinks, and I think, we need a privacy"

Pepper and Harley go to Tony's bedroom

"So, Tony doesn't like Nick Fury." said Pepper
"But, he looks very friendly with the other" said Harley
"He likes Avengers. But Tony thinks that Nick Fury is ruining them all"
"Ruining?"
"Yes. Tony thinks, why did Fury call them now? Why not since the beginning? It's too late, huh?"
"Yeah, Mandarin is attacking President Ellis now"
Pepper is shocking, "where do you know that?"
"Me? Where? in Tennessee. you know, the Extremis virus are spreading now in Tennessee."
"Are...are, you..you are one of them?"
"No. Thanks to your boyfriend, he knows about it, and he wants me to lock myself at home, and made him something cool with his gifts to me"

"Why? You don't know about this?"
"No. Tony never told me"
"Okay then, hmm... tell me about Nick Fury"
"I told you, that he's too late to call us just for saving world. Because..."
"Mandarin is attacking President Ellis, Whiplash rises again and hide in the Ten Rings organization, then Jotun ready to attacks earth with Loki and his Chitauri, and then.."
"STOP! why do you know these?"
"HAHA, I'm a kid. people thinks that a kid, cannot be trusted. So, I asked a lot of people that I recognize as an Extremis about Mandarin and all of his plans"
"And they gave it to you?"
"Yeap. And you know what? I'm Stephanie Szostak's best friend. We love to share our stories together in the café"
"Stephanie... what? Does Tony know these?"
"I don't think so. He rarely contact me since he gave me all that stuffs"
"The computers and the potato gun mark two.. and--"

Someone is approaching from the downstairs

"Ms.Potts, Mr. Stark wants to meet you" said the man
"Ha? Ow, okay I'll be there." Said Pepper to that guy. "Harley wait in the upstairs. Don't go down"
"Right. You can handle me"
"Okay. Thanks" Pepper walks to the stairs.

Sometimes, Harley takes a bus or walk through the highway. Now, it is in the middle of night. He's alone. No one knows him. And he doesn't know anyone. He takes the bus to Malibu. It's near to Malibu.

"Hey kid. What are you doing tonight?" Ask an old man beside him
"Umm, go to Malibu and meet my friend" answers him, tries to doesn't look at his face/eyes.
"In midnight? You're out of your mind kid" said that old man
"I don't think so. I've already talk to him. I'll be late"
"Okay. So, here it goes. You gonna stop to a crossroad there. See that?"
"Yea"
"And don't coming back again. Just walk straight to your friend home."
"Why?"
"Just do what I said. A lot of free-men are here. They gonna find you"
"Okay. Okay. So I have to stop.... here. Driver! Stop me in that crossroad." He turns back to the old man
"Well, good luck kid"
"Yeah. Thanks"
"Don't turn your head back here"
"Huh? Right. Okay"

Harley stops there. And wait until the bus turn right in the crossroad.

"Why I shouldn't be back? I'm a good kid, truly. Why I can't turn my head behind? I just want to know that..." Harley forgot the rules. He turns back his head "the streets are save for me"

Suddenly, a young-gangster stands in front of him.

"So, kid. Lil' boy. Whatever. Are you here to find your mama?" Ask one of them

Harley staring at the guy "Get off, I want to go home"
"Oh, you have house. Ahh, Home Sweet Home. How about you came with us?"
"Shut up. You will not take me to my house"
"Hey, hey, you stop doing that kiddo'. You don't know nothing! THIS IS OUR STREET!" That guy shouts at him.

Harley runs. He keeps run and run. The street are pretty silence because there isn't a lot of voices and cars here. The gang catch him.

They kick and punch Harley's body. They slap him and splat him. Yuck.

But suddenly, there's a shout of a man far from them, "GET OFF FROM HIM!!"

The gangster looks scared of that voice. Maybe that man is the president? Or a prime minister. And of course everyone fear of him. Harley hurts his head, arms and his stomach.

That man run to Harley. He's using a hat, and black trousers with black-white t-shirt.  "Are you okay?" Ask the man.

"Umm, yeah. A little bit dizzy but it's okay, at all" Harley tries to wakes up
"No.no. you should be rest. May I carry you to my home"
"Alright. Thanks" that man carries Harley in his back.

They walk to the man's house.

"Ow, and by the way. Who are you?" Harley curious.

The man get off his hat. "Seriously? You don't know me?"

Harley's shocking. "TONY?!"

They laugh together.

"I don't think that's you! Pull me down!" Tony does. "My God. Tony, what are you doing in the midnight?"
"Everyone needs a hobby Harley" said Tony
"But that's not a mainstream hobby"
"Right. I just need time to alone."
"Where's Pepper?"
"At house"
"Everyone is home?"
"Yep. But my friends are there too"
"WHO?! THE AVENGERS?!" Harley excited
"Yep. They are staying in my house for a week. And they just came here yesterday"
"IT'S GONNA BE A GREAT NIGHT!!!" Harley's screaming
"oh. Yes it is"
"IT'S GOOD!" Harley and Tony are screaming and staring at each other.

They keep talking and talking until they arrive at Malibu Point.

"That's it. The man who save me, my day. That's the mechanic" Harley thinks

Harley thinks, "it is Hollywood?" he walks up to the Walk of Fame, "Hey, Austin Mahone. I knew him. All my girls-friend in school like to talk about it. Hmm, who is he trully?" Harley Keener, 9 years old, from Tennessee, USA. He's a boy who JUST know a strange man who came to his house about a month ago.

"Hey, kiddo'. what are you doing here?" ask a man who just passing him "are you go abroad?"
"Me? No. I just want to visit my friends, here" answers him
"Your friends? Where is it?"
"Malibu, California" Harley turns around "How about you? How old are you? And, why did you get end up on the street?" ask Harley.
"Me? Get end up on the street? I rather no talking about that"
"Right. Sorry"
"And, how old I am. I'm 21"
"21?! OMG I think you're about thirty!"
"A lot of people said that, hehe. Why do you come here? You said your friends' house in Malibu. It's not a right place for a kid like you, dude"

At this afternoon, Harley should in school. But he really want to met the guy name Tony Stark. He was who change Harley's life until now. And Harley come to say thank you to him.

Harley starts walking to the highway and gone to Malibu. He thinks he gotta save. But he's wrong...
